Welcome to UseMyBio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") structure the rules and regulations for the use of the UseMyBio Website, located at usemybio.com. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use UseMyBio if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to UseMyBio and its associated software and interfaces.
• "Creator" refers to a user renting out sections of their social media profiles (such as Bios, Headers, or Posts).
• "Brand" refers to a user or company purchasing advertising space from a Creator.
• "Content" refers to the ad texts, URLs, images, or media provided by Brands.

2. Account Obligations

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. You must provide a valid email address, social media accounts as requested, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. UseMyBio cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. Creator & Brand Responsibilities

• Content Legality: Brands must not submit Content that is illegal, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or violates any third party's intellectual property.
• Delivery of Service: Creators agree to host the exact Content provided by the Brand for the specified duration uninterrupted. Premature removal of the Content without cause will result in a forfeited payout and potential account suspension.
• Platform Bypass: Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass the UseMyBio payment infrastructure. Discovering off-platform negotiations for services listed here will lead to a permanent ban.

4. Payments, Fees, and Withdrawals

UseMyBio facilitates payments between Brands and Creators. When a Brand books a space, the funds are held securely until the ad campaign runtime begins or succeeds.

• Creator Payouts: Creators are paid out upon successful fulfillment of the booking timeline. Withdrawals carry a minimum required balance as stated on the Earnings dashboard.
• Service Fees: UseMyBio deducts a percentage platform fee from Creator earnings to maintain operations, which is clearly displayed during the pricing setup.
• Refunds: Refunds for Brands are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis if a Creator fails to deliver the promised placement within 48 hours of acceptance.

5. OAuth and Third-Party Integrations

By linking a third-party account (e.g. Twitter/X), you grant UseMyBio permission to act on your behalf solely within the parameters you approved (such as updating a Header image or tracking a post link). You may revoke this access at any time through the associated platform's settings, though doing so while an active campaign is running will violate Section 3.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
